Make it ~~ Model it ~~ Be creative Announcing the Heartstrings Talent Contest at the 2012 Original Creative Festival
We are excited to show off you in our Heartstrings talent contest in June of 2012.
Tie on your aprons and join us as we create "Cincinnati's got talent" Mommy and me style, where everyone is a winner creating memories that last a life time.
This is not only a contest but a fashion show, a fashion show that includes mommy and me. Did you say you do not have a child to enter the contest with? Contest is open for Grandma's and child or even the child next door. Both adult and child will model together in our fashion show on Thursday, June 28 from 3 pm to 4 pm during the Original Creative Festival.
We are looking for sewing enthusiasts
You're invited to use one pattern to create a one-of-a-kind matching apron "Mommy and Me" style. The challenge is simple: be as creative as possible using fabric, trim, sewing machine art and the designated Kwik Sew 103 patterns.
Click this link for a contest entry form. Be sure to read the rules on page two of the form. Entry forms are also available at Sew-Ezy Sewing Studio, 11427 Lebanon Road, Sharonville, OH 45241. Sew Ezy's phone number is 513-563-7474. Keep in mind that you are not just creating useful items but you are creating memories that will last a life time PRICELESS!
You and the child will be the star of the show as you both model the creative aprons that you have made with the use of Kwik Sew Pattern #103 ruffle optional.
A note from Pam Folberth, owner of Sew-Ezy…..
"As a child one of the memories that always will bring a smile is the one where my mother Gerry Stephens (founder of Sew-Ezy) and I entered a Mommy and Me fashion show. For the moment, dressed alike on the stage my mom and I together we were the stars…I've never forgotten that moment!"
