Exhibit Contracts

If you are a vendor in the industry then you can't afford to miss being a part of our popular Festivals. We're confident that your participation in the The Original Creative Festival will be a strong benefit to your business. Below, we have provided contracts for your involvement in our area events. Please sign and fill them out completely prior to faxing them to our office. Our fax number is 515-282-4483.

• Teachers Class Proposal forms will be available here soon.
• Booth Space is sold on a "first-come first-serve" basis.
• For your convenience, we accept Amex, Master-Card and Visa.
• Pay by Credit Card and establish an automatic payment plan. Complete balance of contract is due 60 days prior to Expo date.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment for Booth Space ordered on line will be processed according to the "Payment Terms" on the contract.

BASIC SEWING SUPPLIES
IF YOU SIGN-UP FOR
WORKSHOPS OR
HANDS-ON CLASSES
You will need to bring the following supplies if you are taking any hands-on
classes: sharp sewing
shears, rotary cutter,
cutting mat, straight pins,
marking tool, ruler, tape
measure, #2 pencils and
notepad.
Sewing machines are
provided in the classroom.
Students should check
class descriptions for
additional items needed.
