Pants Fitting: From Start
to Finished Pattern

• Bring to class the supplies listed to the right.

You will be mailed a workbook with all the needed instructions for measuring your body, altering your pattern, and constructing a mock-up before coming to class. Cynthia will personally fit your mock-up and demonstrate how to transfer the adjustments to your pattern. You will leave with a pattern ready to cut and sew.

Supply List -- Altered pattern, paper scissors, fabric scissors, tissue for adjusting pattern, straight pins, transparent tape, 1/2 yard of mock-up fabric, Ink pen, ruler, tape measure, shoes for adjusting pants length.

Join Barbara in this workshop on the hottest topic in the sewing world right now -- Needle Felting Wearables! You will learn the basics of needle felting, shading, outlining, dimensional work and more. The kit will also include the sweatshirt that you will transform into a gorgeous optional bolero-style jacket. You will learn how to care for the garments and what types of fabric you can use for future garments. It’s a fun class! The sweatshirts that come with the kits are “authentic pigment dyed.” They are the best sweatshirts around and we will have the shirts in many colors and sizes on hand to choose from.

Kit includes: sweatshirt, multiple colors of wool roving (100% corriedale), single felting needles, foam base and pattern with instructions. If you sign up for this class you need to call and order kit and give us shirt size and color and we can match the roving to the shirts. The colors offered: washed plum, periwinkle, golden rod, celery and moss green. Color charts available online at www.crawforddesigns.net
